Hello, I’m Leslie!
I am a newlywed who found my doting husband on eHarmony, a proud mother of two remarkable daughters and an amazing bonus daughter, and “Lovey” to George, my grandson.
Since 1994, I have called the Upstate my home, residing in Berea, Piedmont, downtown Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, and now Lyman.
When I’m not staging homes, I enjoy baking cupcakes for special occasions, training for a runDisney 5k or 10k with my husband, going on weekend getaways, or simply indulging in a much-needed nap.
My passion for staging began at the age of 11 when I received a Barbie Dream House for Christmas. Instead of waiting for my dad to put it together, I did it myself because Barbie and Ken needed a home, of course. I built the house, decorated all the rooms, and added all the stickers to the decor. It was my first home staging job and they loved it! And now, I have my very own Ken (yes, that’s really my husband’s name)!
I am certified and specialize in Occupied Home Staging Consultations and I am dedicated to collaborating closely with agents and their sellers who choose to remain in their homes during the selling process. Since the mid-90s, I have been staging homes professionally, even before the concept of home staging became popular.
I have staged for HGTV’s Tiny House Hunters, written a best-selling How-To Staging book on Amazon, contributed to numerous publications, appeared on various TV segments, hosted speaking engagements, and served as a Realtor/Showing Agent/Principal Stager for The Hoyt Team at Keller Williams Upstate, which ranked in the top 20% of producers for 5 years.
